Prakash Chandra Prabhakar
Prakash is passionately driven by the spirit of innovation and an unflinching commitment to the causes he pursues. He is a thinker, strategist and a great survivor without compromising on the cardinals of ethics and integrity. He has an eye for details and deep respect for specialists and the skills they bring. At times he is impatient and intolerant about insensitive and careless attitude.
His experience has been in end to end project management, consulting, and building businesses in various industry domains. He brings in extensive experience of working closely with over 250 small and medium enterprises and has deep understanding of the challenges they face. His 19 year plus experience spans over the engineering, automotive components, printing & packaging and waste management industries.
Prakash enjoys mentoring and analyzing new business models, opportunities management & financial modeling, contracting and quality, cost & risk planning. He is currently developing his skills in brand and communication management. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and has also completed an Advanced Program in Strategy Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prakash was admitted into the Prestigious Sloan Fellowship Program at London Business School. He, however, chose to stay away and stay focused on the goal he is currently pursuing.
Girdhar Gopal Das
Girdhar believes in striving to be the best, in whatever he is doing and works passionately to ensure that people around him also achieve their full potential and be the best in what they are doing. A firm believer in life being a growth school where, once we have understood our lessons, we move to the next level where the lessons could be subtler and experiences more evolved. Every event in our life is guiding us to our greater purpose and ultimate calling, which makes it important to have a long-term faith and courage to face the present realities.
Girdhar’s 14 year plus experience has been in the areas of business development, business incubation, project management, sales & distribution channels’ management and rolling out new initiatives. He brings with him deep understanding of business processes and people management. He has worked exhaustively in the Banking, Finance and Insurance domains and specializes in setting up new businesses.
Girdhar enjoys understanding businesses and devising execution road-maps to take them to their next levels of performance and growth. He is an MBA (Finance) from the Mumbai University and has also done NSE’s Certification Program in Derivatives Market.
Pritam Mohapatra
Pritam has a rich and extensive experience of over 14 years in managing various types of IT Software projects. He has a proven track record of turning around projects and sustaining efficient operations for global corporations in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
He is strong in delivery management, projects and program management, resource management, knowledge management, offshore project execution, onsite project coordination, business analysis, architecture, project strategy, quality analysis, CMMI implementation and internal project audits.
Pritam is an engineer and has also recently completed an Advanced Program in Strategy Management from IIM Calcutta.
Prof. Abhoy Ojha
Abhoy is a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Analysis from University of Alberta and a Mechanical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, is currently a Professor of Organizational Behavior & HRM at the IIM, Bangalore.
Besides teaching, he is passionate about research and mentoring. His exemplary works include several consulting assignments with organizations in India and abroad. He has also authored and mentored several incisive papers and research works.
Abhoy is a friend, expert and guide in matters related to Visioning, Organizational Behavior and Goal Setting for strategic interventions and transformations.
Prof. Biswatosh Saha
Biswatosh teaches at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in the Strategic Management group. He is a Mechanical Engineer by graduate training. He completed his doctoral studies in 2002 from the Economics Group of IIM Calcutta, working on competition between domestic and foreign firms for his dissertation. He has taught at IIT Kharagpur and XLRI before joining IIM Calcutta. His current research interests include innovation, networks and system views of strategy. His works embrace multiple methods ranging from qualitative interpretative studies to theoretical modeling.
He has consulted with NTPC, OIL India, the Planning Commission, Government of India and UNCTAD and is also one of the lead authors and a member of the review board of 'India Science and Technology Report', published from National Institute of Science Technology and Development Studies, New Delhi under a grant from Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.
He has published in several national and international journals and is on the review board of several journals and the editorial board of AI & Society - a multi-disciplinary journal published from London.
Mr. Chandrashekhar Lal
Chandrashekhar carries the distinction of being the signing partner for many foreign banks’ accounts in India and has innovated and structured several loan instruments like the first ever rent securitization deal in the Indian banking industry.
Various companies have the benefit of his rich experience in his capacity as their Director, including ICICI Investment Management Co Ltd, Fine Support Services Private Ltd (In Strategic Alliance with HDFC bank Ltd), Tech Atlantis Solutions Private Ltd (In Strategic Alliance with Aditya Birla Minacs), Icicle Technologies Private Ltd, Rais Dairy Farms Private Ltd, and Kedia Energy Ltd
Chandrashekhar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has an LL.B. from the Mumbai University with specialization in Banking and Co-operative Laws, and has a Master of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, with specialization in Banking and Finance
Mr. I Hasmi
Mr. Hasmi has deep subject matter expertise in operations logistics and transportation management and transportation infrastructure development. His 40 plus years of industry expertise spans over the domains of oil and gas, power, rail and road transportation and their operations infrastructure management. He has special interest in the management of supply logistics for key Economic Sectors including power, fertilizer, steel and cements plants, and railways.
Mr. Hashmi has also served as the Transport Adviser to Libya Oil Corporation, a Government of Libya enterprise, been on deputation by the Ministry of Petroleum, Government of India, served as a Senior Consultant with Reliance Industries Limited and has a rich network with the ministries of petroleum, railways, power etc.
Mr. S N Sahai
Mr. Sahai is a practicing Advocate and is also a Member of Indian Council of Arbitration (MICA & FICA). He has also served the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) as Chief Consultant Legal, Additional Secretary (Centre) Rank after his retirement from State Bank of India as its Chief General Manager (Legal).
Mr. Sahai was appointed by Government of India and Reserve Bank of India as a member of several RBI and GOI committees on Law Making and Financial Sector Reforms. He was also associated with the Indian Banks Association (IBA) as Alternate Chairman of their Legal Committee and has also served the NSIC (National Small Scale Industries Corporation) as a member of their Legal Team.

Atif Hussain
