1. How does 365 Business Days help my business grow?

This skill bank hand holds and supports you through an online delivery platform by offering business advisory services that are relevant and cost efficient. Additionally, we also provide you access to a rich depository of research, case studies, how to templates, self help kits in our Knowledge Center that you can customize to your needs. Going forward, our subscribers will have access to a Concierge that will bring in features and pre-negotiated products and services to support their businesses and a Market Centre that will enable opportunities to them.
We also provide Implementation support through offline engagements in the form of business advisory and consulting for scoped Implementation initiatives.
2. How would this service be delivered?
This service is delivered through an online query resolution platform, which gives you an opportunity to post queries related to your business & seek insights, knowledge & recommendations relevant for your business from a dedicated team of researchers, analysts & professionals.
Further, you are also assigned a dedicated Client Delivery Manager, a senior professional with deep Industry expertise & experience. This Client Delivery Manager is your contact for all your business support needs.
Through our core strengths of research, analytical tools & business function skills we provide relevant and easy to use solutions to your business.
Should a client need handholding for planning and implementing, monitoring on an ongoing basis, we will have a dedicated project team allocated to the client and the assignment will be taken up as an offline engagement.
3. In what areas can your service be helpful?
Besides other things, 365 Business Days gives you inputs on making business plans, financial & risk modelling, drafting strategic agreements and preparing bank loan documents. On the sales front, we provide inputs on enhancing your sales efforts by providing inputs on your branding strategy, making effective communication collaterals & sales pitches. Also, we provide pointers and support on methods of reducing costs, enhancing quality & strengthening of the financials of your business.

This exercise includes sharing of basic information, understanding of goals & objectives and the competitive environment of your business. Thus, the On Boarding exercise enables us to give solutions that are most-relevant for your business.
During the On Boarding we also give you an opportunity to evaluate your business on certain parameters. Basis your self-assessment, On Boarding responses & industry research, we rate your business on a Unique Business Health Metrics, which is a 4*4 Metrics – Cost, Adequacy, Growth & Risk Measured along the Key Business Result Areas of Planning, Sales Enhancement, Cost Reduction & Operational Management. This rating helps us in identifying & addressing the priorities areas of your business.
Further, our easy to use query resolution platform allows you to the comfort of a time-bound resolution of your query and access the Skill Bank to Choose Your Resource.
5. What does On Boarding means? How would it help in getting better services?
On Boarding is a process through which we map your business and your evaluation / perception of its key aspects. We urge you to prepare and deliver us your long & short term goals and objectives, as well as the competitive landscape, existing product/service mix. This exercise not only gives you a better perspective about your business with respect to its macro environment, it also helps us in providing relevant solutions to you.
6. What is Business Health Metrics?
Business Health Metrics is a feature that enables you to rate your business performance in various functional areas. This rating coupled with an assessment done by our team gives you a consolidated rating score, which is reflective of your business’ position in comparison to the average Industry performance with respect to the key aspects of cost, adequacy, growth & risk related to planning, sales enhancement, cost reduction & operational management of your business.
7. What other features comes with this service?
Apart from the Query Resolution service, 365 Business Days also strives to increase the competitiveness of your business by offering value-added features, viz;
a) Knowledge Centre – Available only for premium members, the feature gives you an access to contextually relevant Industry research reports, snapshots, toolkits and detailed case studies.
b) Your Concierge* - This section will provide you access to special offers on a host of Products & Services you need and will be for our premium members only.
c) Implementation Centre* – – This section enables you to request offline engagements for your Implementation initiatives. Under this your offline engagements will be strategized, planned, managed & monitored by our core team and implemented through our local partners, franchisees and licensees.
d) Market Centre* – A virtual market place for all the 365 Business Days members, this feature brings you the benefit of profiled networking, pre-negotiated deals and other opportunities.
e) Industry Corner* – – This section keeps you abreast with the latest trends in your industry with the comprehensive knowledge, practices, services that we bring from across various chosen Industries in partnership with the leader(s) in that Industry.

8. What are the various forms of subscriptions?
365 Business Days currently offers the following subscription based packages:
(i) Platinum Plan: Includes On Boarding, Business Health-Check & Rating, unlimited query resolution service, 6 red flag queries, 6 teleconferences, 6 web chats and 6 client visits for every subscription period of 1 year. Having purchased a Platinum Subscription, the subscriber can also purchase any or all of the 6 value added services as and when required by them.
(ii) Growth Plan: Includes On Boarding, Business Health-Check & Rating, unlimited query resolution service, 4 red flag queries, 4 teleconferences and 4 web chats for every subscription period of 1 year. Having purchased an Growth Subscription, the subscriber can also purchase any or all of the 5 value added services as and when required by them.
(iii) Advantage Plan: Includes On Boarding, Business Health-Check & Rating, My Accounts & Knowledge Center for one year. The subscriber can also purchase any or all of the 5 value added services as and when required.
The Platinum, Growth as well as Advantage packs are available in annual term of 1 year currently. Also when you subscribe as a Corporate / Bulk buyer, you will get additional discounts on your purchase. The price of your subscription package could be determined by your geographical location, size of your business and certain other aspects about your subscription which is sought during your registration process. The offline Implementation initiatives support is taken up as a project and is costed on a case by case basis depending upon its scope. The products and services on offer by third parties have to be paid for separately. We do not charge any service fee for access to these products and services.
9. Is there any other difference between the above subscriptions?
Yes – in advantage pack, you can buy the resolution value added services such as the red flag status, teleconferencing & web chat features only after you have bought at least one query. Also no refunds are allowed for this type of subscription.
In the Platinum plan an annual Comprehensive Industry Report for the client’s Industry is provided.
10. Are there any other charges that I have to pay?
The payment you make for your premium membership is toward the cost of providing you skill support and online business advisory through query resolution, post your registrations, on boarding and business health metrics determination. All other activities, features or access will either come free to you or against payment. As for example, you will pay extra for
• any offline engagement that you may seek and we may agree to provide
• any products and services including those offered by third parties that you may seek
11. How can I ask queries using the 365businessdays.com?
The Premium Members of our service can ask business related queries through the ‘Query Centre’ section on the homepage. This section entails features like ‘Create a Query’ which enables you to post a query, attach relevant documents and choose those resources that you believe are apt to work on your query. You can also save your queries as a draft and later put them in queue. Further, you can review your query under resolution, submit documents, change resources, view the final resolution and send feedback under the ‘Manage Queries’ section.
For later references, you can also retrieve and review queries already been resolved under the ‘Query Archive’ section. It is important to know that in order to resolve your queries effectively; we may require certain data, information & updates pertaining to your business as and when required. Our team will guide you on the methods of extracting such data/information.
12. What will happen if the data required by your team could not be obtained?
In such a situation, your query is put on a suspension mode till the time necessary primary data is sent to us. The effective time to resolve such a query will exclude the time period during which the required data has not been furnished. However, you may ask other queries while your query is under suspension.
13. Can I ask more than one query at a time?
Yes you can ask more than one query for resolution but they will be resolved on a first in and first out basis. However, you may ask an urgent query surpassing the query under resolution by marking the query as ‘Red Flag Query’. With a Platinum and Growth subscription you get 6 and 4 Red Flag Queries’ Status respectively. If you need more such status, you can buy them separately.
14. In how many days would I get solution to a query?
The time frame for delivering a solution depends upon the complexity of a query. Queries can be classified as per the following complexity levels:
• Low Complexity Level Query (Time-bound SLA: 10 days or less)
A low complexity level query is one that requires addressing of a single functional area, basic secondary research and reference to primary business information.
• Medium Complexity Level Query (Time-bound SLA: 10 to 20 days)
A medium complexity level query is one that requires addressing of multiple functional areas, high-level secondary research and reasonable amount of primary research along with reference to detailed business information.
• High Complexity Level Query (Time-bound SLA: 30 days or more)
A high complexity level query is one that requires addressing of multiple functional areas, high-level secondary research and extensive primary research along with critical information pertaining to the client’s business.
• Nested Query (Time-bound SLA: Proved by the Client Delivery Manager)
A nested query is one that can be broken down into multiple Low, Medium and High complexity queries. The SLA is decided by the Client Delivery Manager after the scoping has been shared and approved by the client.
All Primary research data, if required during the query resolution process will need to be provided by the client. However, we will provide the required support in the form of templates etc to generate this data correctly.
15. What are Query Points ?
Depending on the type of subscription bought the client is allocated Query Points. The points allocation for the different types of plans are:
• Platinum Plan – 1100 Points
• Growth Plan – 360 Points
• Advantage (Paid) Plan – 0 Points
The Query Points are exhausted when the client raises queries through the Query Center. The points exhausted for the different types of queries are:
• Low Complexity Level Query – 10 Points
• Medium Complexity Level Query – 20 Points
• High Complexity Level Query – 30 Points
• Nested Query – Summation of the points exhausted for the sub queries. Eg If the nested query has 1 Low, 1 Medium and 1 high complexity sub query, the points exhausted is 60.
16. How would I know that a query is resolved?
You get an alert stating the completion of the resolution under the alerts & notification section under the ‘Manage’ feature of your account. You may view the resolution under the ‘Manage Queries’ section of the website.
17. How can I interact with the Client Delivery Manager/ Team Leader?
You may request a Teleconference or a Chat with the Client Delivery Manager/Team Leader to discuss a query under resolution (from the ‘Manage Queries’ section) or query already resolved (from the ‘Query Archive’ section).
18. Can I meet any of the advisors personally?
The online platform for advisory has been designed to overcome the inefficiencies of personal interactions while maintaining the high-quality standards of consulting. However, in a case of an offline engagement/ Handholding Project you would get an opportunity to interact face to face with a designated advisor from 365 Business days. You may also seek a in person client visit by the associate if you are a Platinum Plan member.
19. What if the solution is delivered after the committed time frame?
As soon as the time allotted to solve a query gets over, the “Escalate” button on the ‘Manage Queries’ section of your account turns red in color. You may click on this tab to instigate an explanation from the business delivery team.
20. What if I need a personal assistance from the advisors on a specific project?
The ‘Implementation Centre’ is being developed to post a project request in case you require personal assistance/maneuvering from our advisors. However, you could also approach us through the Contact Us section to seek assistance.
21. What should I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of advice/solution?
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a particular query you have an option to post your feedback. Further, you also have an option to escalate the query stating the reason of doing so. The next level resources will be deployed to satisfy you. Only one escalation per query is allowed.
22. Do I get my money back if I am not satisfied with the quality of services provided by 365 Business Days?
Yes – as an Growth / Platinum premium member, you are entitled to a no question asked refund of your money on a prorated basis, provided you have finished the on boarding process and have asked at least one query.
23. Can I interact with other members of this service?
Yes, you may interact with other members of our services through the networking feature in the “Market” section.
24. Can I enter into a trade relationship/partnership with the other member(s)?
Yes, you may enter into partnerships and agreements with other members sharing this platform. However, such alliances and partnerships should be forged offline. 365 Business Days plays no role in judging the appropriateness of any such relations, partnerships or alliances.
25. How can I avail 365 Business Days advisory services?
You can Sign up to this service by clicking on the ‘Sign up’ tab on the homepage of www.365businessdays.com. The subsequent pages will prompt you to post and submit your registration details. On submitting the registration details, you will be given an option to choose from the various subscription packages. On selecting the subscription package of your interest, the system will prompt you to make a payment. You may pay either by cheque/Demand Draft or through online gateways such as Debit/Credit cards, ECS and Net transfers. Once the payment is successfully realized, you will receive an e-mail confirming the Premium membership status. You can now start enjoying the services as mentioned in your selected subscription package.
26. How would I know that my account at 365businessdays.com is activated after making payment by cheque?
As soon as we realize the cheque, we would send you an alert on your e-mail ID informing you about the activation of your ‘Premium Membership’ along with necessary directions.
