We offer a carefully designed but exciting career progression plan to our associates which gives them sufficient opportunity and incentive to do a medium to long term career planning at Qcaliber. We firmly believe in the benefits of entrepreneurship and encourage our associates at all levels to think and act like an entrepreneur, the most important aspect of which is their ability to lead and take ownership of their decisions.
A seven stage engagement structure from the Probationer unto the CEO is defined and we encourage associates to enter at all levels, basis their personal qualification, experience and career progression planning.
